Double D Rentals is a great rental company. I have been in one apt. for over 2 years now. Any maintenance issues that have come up have been addressed professionally and in a timely manner. There are regular AC filter changes, regular extermination services as well as regular rotation of fire extinguishers provided to tenants. The landlord, Lilo, is a professional, nice, down to Earth kind of person. Having a good landlord is a huge benefit. I've never experienced any problems that he didn't quickly resolve. 10/10 recommend Lilo. Grounds are well kept, Never any problems with pests that my wife or I am aware of. Generally very relaxed vibe here. People stay in their apartments, or come out to BBQ. Neighbors I've met are nice. Price is very good! We are saving for our house, so this is a good spot to do so.

I had a great time here as a first time renter. The office guy was very friendly and genuinely cared about helping the tennants. There was always available parking and the grounds were kept clean. I didn't realize how good it was until I moved into my second place, I miss Arbor Creek!

Arbor Creek is very quiet apartment complex, The apartment it self facing the woods,pool, dog park, and tennis court. Lilo is very kind and responsive if there is an issue. He walked around almost everyday making sure everything is good around Arbor Creek. If something need to be fix. It usually done in the same day. Overall this place is very satisfying to call home. $650 and you only have to pay electric. Sounds like a good deal isn’t?

I have been living here for almost a year and it has been wonderful. It does get a little noisy for time to time, but it is always adressed and taken care of. The staff is amazing! I have needed maintenance a few times and they were on top of it, very quickly. I really appreciate that before entering my apartment for anything I am told about (pest control, maintenance).
