Tenant is responsible for electric and cable/internet if wanted. We pay water and trash.

Qualifications to meet:
1. Must be 18 years of Age or older to apply.
2. No Felonies
3. No Evictions & Cannot Owe a Previous Landlord
4. Must have a 9 Month Verifiable Job History
5. Must make at least $2,375.00 per month (before taxes to meet the income requirement of 2.5x Rent)

Pet Policy:
1. Breed and Weight Restrictions Apply (under 35lbs, non-aggressive breeds only).
2. $150 non-refundable fee per pet (Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet still apply).
3. Must provide pet shot records for each pet at moment of applying.
4. 2 pet limit per unit.

Fees:
$40 Non-Refundable Application Fee per applicant.
$75 Non-Refundable Admin. Fee (applicable to first applicant).
$475-$950 Security Deposit (due 24hr after approval)
